How long will it take for my package to get to me?

All packages are shipped out within 2-4 days of the resolution of the order (and usually much sooner), the last shipment each day being at 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you select. USPS ground will normally take 4-5 business days, but can take up to 7, depending on your location. USPS 2nd Day shipping normally takes 2-3 days. USPS overnight will arrive on the next day (from when it ships). International orders are shipped using International Air Mail, which normally takes about a 1-2 weeks, but also depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of International orders, since some packages will be held up in customs in the destination country.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

The easiest and fastest way to pay is by credit card. For your safety and security, we accept Visa and Master Card only. We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders, or Pay Pal.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. We ship to many countries around the world, from Japan to Australia. We can get you what you want regardless of where you are at. International orders with billing addresses in the US must be authorized by the card holder's bank in the US. If you are placing such an order, please provide your bank's US phone number so that the charge can be authorized. *Please remember that international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of us. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.*

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select. We ship with The United States Postal Service, prices vary and are calculated automatically when you checkout.

 

Do you have a paper catalog you can send me?

We presently do not, but in the future look forward to it. We do frequent updates and it is very difficult to maintain an effective paper catalog. In any case, we are sure you will find that the online store provides an interactive and efficient shopping experience, but in the future look for a paper catalog.

 

Do you sell at wholesale prices to retail stores?

Can I return something I ordered?

You can return your item(s) as long as it has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it. Please send it back to us immediately at the following address: Liquidscape PO Box 386, San Jose CA 95103. Please include your packing slip, or print out your receipt so that we can identify your return. Please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. You can send back your returns using Priority Mail or USPS Ground. If you choose to use an untrackable shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. Once we receive the return you will be issued store credit within 1-2 weeks of the package being received.

 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. We issue credit for your return item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion.
