"ALWAYS" -
This piece was a turning point for me. Creatively I wanted to go
in a direction that myself have never been to. It was common knowledge
at the time that I rarely used black or any dark color to outline
a piece. I always used light, or "baby colors" as I was
always told. I started using house paint and paint brushes in the
background of this piece. If you notice there are some major drips
going down the wall. I added those myself, which was frowned upon
by my peers. After this piece I really started doing mixed media
on walls, adding acrylics, house paint, markers, whatever...
