If you would like to pay by money order or check, please fill out and print the order form located here (PDF file). Send your completed order form and payment to:

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. All payments must clear first before the items will be shipped.

Please email us if you have any questions.

*If you cannot print out the order form, just fill out an 8.5"x11" sheet of paper and mail to the above address with the name and quantity of the items you would like, your shipping address, and your email address. Be sure to include the proper shipping charge with your payment or else your order will not be shipped.

Shipping Rates:

Add $7.00 per Item to your order. Shipping Time for your order is between 7-10 business days upon reciept of your payment.
